By sourcing locally whenever possible and choosing ingredients that are in season, we help reduce food miles while supporting local suppliers and communities. We also look further afield when needed, as local and Irish produce naturally has a limited seasonal range. This allows us to offer greater variety throughout the year while still prioritising quality, freshness and responsible sourcing.
